I don't have the GIN option yet until I am a regular seller, otherwise I'd have no problem doing that.

And if mailed cash is what works best for you, then that's fine with me, but items wont be shipped until the money is received.

It would be under 2.50 if you do media mail. (I know because I sell manga on amazon all the time)
