I'm at a double zero, and these seemed a bit too big, but were labeled as 00. I'm sure they can go up to a 7/16.
They've been cleaned with alcohol, and I will clean them again before shipping.

You are probably a 9mm 00g and these are probably a 10mm 00g. Stupid sounding I know if you go to bodyartforms.com and look at the sizing card they have there is 3 00g sizes.

It depends on the person i gauged mine to 00g two times before and when I had a job or whatever that I wasn't allowed to have my ears gauged like that I just put a smaller size in every few days and was back to a 14g in a couple weeks and never had any visible or dangerous kind of damage. But like I said it depends on the person.
