Please help! Anyone who might know what I can do. I recently bid on a toy chest in the area that was pick up only thinking that searching my area would save with shipping. Before I knew it I had won the item. I left a MSG for the lister explaining that it may take me a little bit to pick it up because I just had surgery & can't drive yet. They wrote back saying take your time but surprised me when following that said "cash only pick up". ?????. I wasn't aware that you could sell things on this site or I wouldn't have bid on it. I don't want any negative feedback since I have many items to list. Being that I only have a few weeks experience here I don't know what I should do. Could you please give me any suggestions since you are more familiar with the rules?

You should contact listia. If it was pick up and you were experiencing problems because of surgery they should understand. Maybe try to get your credits back? Tell them that this site is not for selling it is basically for giving things away. You should not have to come up with anything to pick it up! That is wrong.

Thank you. I did msg back & told them that the only reason I joined this site was to get items for no cost. That I understood the shipping charges but this was a pick up. I found out that they thought credits were $. I bid 75 credits & they told m the "winning rice was $75" so I figured this out.
