This beautiful purple and white geode is 1 5/8" at its widest point. What you see in this photo is what you will recieve.
The word geode comes from the greek word "geode" meaning "earth like." A geode is used mostly for jewlery, but it is also used for healing, dreams, fertility, intensifies phychic abilities, and pagan rituals. No matter what it is used for everyone loves the beauty that it brings.

No, I'm sorry I do not know. I bought them at a yard sale one day and never did anything with them. I don't know how to tell if it's dyed, do you? let me know how and I will test it. Becky
