The listing, Praying Hands Pendant has ended.

Most likely gold plated praying hands pendant - hands stand out and has engraving detail above, below, on sleeves, and around edge of pendant. Back is clearly engraved with "GOD ANSWERS PRAYER" and some smaller print that I cannot read. Hands are very detailed, unfortunately these are the best pictures I could take with my camera.

Measures about 1" in height and 1/2" wide.

Is it faded, dicolored or tarnished anywhere?

No, no fading, discoloration, or tarnish anywhere on it - there are some light scratches on the back, but it doesn't detract from being able to read it or anything - it's old, I do know that. It was handed down to me when I was little, and I'm 31. :)
