The listing, OLD and slow Toshiba satellite w/window xp has ended.

This is a very old but working Toshiba laptop.
I actually have two of these, but may hang on to one for the floppy drive reader.
It has windows xp and I am throwing in the zyxel wifi card making it possible to connect to wireless networks. It is SLOW.
It works fine and I am seeing if the battery will hold a charge. I had not powered it up in some time and cannot guarantee the battery life. Will post as soon as I can tell if it will hold a charge.
Comes with power cord.
Center mouse button is some worn.
In addition to the cd rom drive it has an old 3 1/2 " floppy drive (picture 5)
Once I have zip code I will advise winner of exact postage for shipping. Local pick up is available and I will even consider delivery in the greater Los Angeles area.

I have had it connected to my wifi network the entire time of this auction letting it update anything it comes across to update. The only one that wants me to retry is an adobe reader update, which I have not done. So yes, wifi is working due to the wifi card I am including with the computer. It is amazingly SLOW, but it has done over 100 updates and only one has come up with any message.

1800-s203 ser. 91266998pu windows xp pro prod key on unit. it is an early Satellite model. the stickers from microsoft indicate it started with windows 98 and had me at one point. now it is xp pro.Intel celeron processor, 801 mhz , 248 mb RAM it has a toshiba dvd rom, a 3.5 floppy drive, hope that helps.

F&W Like your philosophy on life. Projecting/imaging is an interesting way to live. If nothing else, it's VERY positive energy. this should fit into a flat rate box that goes pretty much anywhere in the usa for the same price which plugging your zip into the calculator at usps says:

Mon, Apr 15 $16.85 sorta the same as to the other request for postage. The advantage to the flat rate box is it does not matter the weight as long as it fits in the box making it some cheaper for dense stuff. Hope this helps.

i usaly go to post office get a money order from them for shipping amount mail it to seller then seller sends the item .... or i send cash in mail for postage seller takes cash pays shipping to me i do have listia verified address [YOU SEND THE ITEM ONLY AFTER THE POSTAGE GETS THERE]

silly puter found more updates to do, with it running it lost 25% of battery in an hour and a half, so battery appears to be holding up.

Ok, overnight it charged up and I have taken the power cord off so will get an idea of how many hours the battery will hold a charge in use. (it will be an estimate ) but this is sort of exciting that it held the charge so far.

It looks to me like priority shipping with usps would run under $20, in the neighborhood of 16 or 17 bucks if I read the box sizes right. That is pretty much the max it should cost to ship and if the winner is in the greater Los Angeles area I will also consider delivery.
