Can you take it with you to a Staples or a Walmart or whatever store you have in your area that sells magnifying glasses and see what the markings say?

I posted a picture, it looks kinda like it says "RL" but I can't be sure. I don't know much about jewellery, so even if it does say that, I have no idea what it means. The picture is pretty bad quality but all I have to take pictures with is my iPhone.
