Vintage silver bangle from India!
I used to wear this a lot! It is old now with 2 of the flowers dented in the middle of the blossoms.
If you like vintage jewelry, give this bangle a little t.l.c., polish and it will look cute again!

I honestly don't know for sure. I know that it used to be shiny and needs a polish.
