From what i read online this phone could be re-flashed and turned into a mini tablet if anyone wanted a fun project this would be great. Personally i have already started a project to an old laptop into a mega tablet.(17inch screen)

Its bricked he cant tell you anything cuz it wont come off the boot loader screen which mean he or someone tried to jailbreak/unlock it an messed it up.

It still has great part potential to anyone who knows a little about soldering.. The screen. battery and ports are all still good it would seem. Can it not be "reflashed" and then unlocked?

well I believe that the only thing wrong with it is the programming so it can probably be flashed. It is a nice phone.
