This is an absolutely Adorible bran New w/ tags pair of Disney Pixar Cars Snow Boots. The are a toddler size 5. They have super soft and warm interior and easy to clean exterior. They have double velcro strap closure and extra material on the toung of the boots to keep the snow out. I had bought them for my son last year and they were to big....now this year they are to small for him.

Wow! passing out? Thats not good! I went to West Virgina last year and they kept talking about Heat Waves sweeping through the state....It was like maybe 90 degrees...I couldnt believe it...It get over 100 here! But I guess they arent used to that kind of heat. :)

These say they are a 5 med on the tag. They look pretty wide. It sounds like they would be perfect for your son though, but I can't say for sure if they would fit.
My son is little for his age (bottom 10%) as he was only 5 lbs when he was born. At the age of 2, he was wearing a size 3-4 shoe and these were to big...at the age of 3, he's in a size 7 already and skipped size 5 all together, lol. My nephew (chubby almost 3 year old) is in a size 5, but already has boots for this winter, so I'm guessing they should fit 2-3 year olds.
The bottom soles measure 6 1/2" long and 3 " wide...if that helps.;)
