The listing, 1969 Topps baseball card lot w/ high numbers has ended.
Here's a lot of eight (8) vintage 1969 Topps baseball cards (NOT reprints). These are all in very nice condition: no creases I see or other major flaws, and most of the corners look great. Hard to believe these cards are 44 years old!
Also note that most of these are high numbers from the 6th and 7th Series, which are generally more scarce than the rest of the set.
JOHN HILLER (P, Tigers) pitched 15 years, all with Detroit. He had some great years, including 1973 when he led baseball with 38 saves. Then in 1974, he won 17 in relief and made the All-Star team. #642
JIM HART (OF, Giants) played 12 years, mostly with SF, then finishing up with the Yankees. Was great in the mid 60s, averaging about 30 HR and .290 for a few years until injuries took their toll. #555
MARTY PATTIN (P, Pilots) won 114 games over his career and was an All-Star in 1971. This is his rookie card. #563
DAN OSINSKI (P, White Sox) helped the Red Sox win the pennant in 1967 with a nice 2.54 ERA. #622
DICK (RICHARD) BOSMAN (P, Senators) won the AL ERA crown in 1969 (2.19). #607
DON MASON (IF, Giants) was a backup infielder for 8 years with SF and the Padres. #584
JOHN BOCCABELLA (C-1B, Expos) played 12 years, split mostly with the Cubs and Montreal. #466
GARY WASLEWSKI (P, Cardinals) holds the record for the fewest career wins at the time of a World Series start. He had only two career wins before starting Game 6 of the 1967 World Series for Boston. He pitched well in the series (2 ER in 8.1 IP), but the Sox fell short. Topps didn't give him a card in 1968, so this is his rookie card. #438
