The Art of Chokin: The images are created by etching pure copper and then guilding it with silver and gold. The engravings were originally created to decorate the armament of the Samurai warriors. This art form was handed down for over 800 years!

This Wonderful box is 3 1/2" in diameter. 24K gold trim. No chips or cracks. Slight wear marks around lip of lid. Beautiful collectors piece.
