Description

The listing, PS1 PSX Japan release DRAGON BALL FINAL BOUT read before bidding! has ended.

This auction is for a DRAGON BALL FINAL BOUT for the PSX.

PSX means modified PlayStation! This was a game for the Playstation 1 system, but in JAPAN ONLY. When Americans started "chipping" "modding" systems, those systems were able to play Japan release games.

Collector's know how hard it was to get these. Only imported overseas. Dragon Ball collectors, and Playstation collectors, know this is a great find!

THE DISK IS IN AMAZING CONDITION! NO VISIBLE SCRATCHES THAT I CAN SEE. SEE FOR YOURSELF IN THE PICTURES.

This will be shipped, bubble wrapped, in a bubble mailer envelope.

Okay, I found eriklong3950's answer to the question "Will it play in PS2?". Found in Yahoo Answers:

It wont work, it's from a different region.
The only way to do it is if you buy swap magic for around $30. If you dont know swap magic, it is a loader. You play it and it says load program. Then you use a piece of plastic (swap tool) open your disc tray without the system knowing, change discs and hit X on load program. (Fat PS2) you will need to break off a piece on your disc tray wit the sony logo on it. (SLIM PS2) you just need to black a couple of lasers easily with plastic peice called "magic tool" (no breaking). Otherwise you can only play on a system modded with a chip, which allows you to play any regional game and CDR back-up games.

Found more info on how to play imports. An easier way for the SLIM PLAYSTATION 2, just use electrical tape to block the the lasers that need to be blocked.

typo... BLOCK LASERS with magic tool. Not black.

as a hardcore gamer i do say this is a pretty rare game in the US (not lobo for the snes or cheetahmen 2 rare) but a rare game still and it's a pretty good game so the reason it never got an international release is DBZ was not that popular in the us at the time the us had not seen DB GT yet so we would not get the costumes or some characters so it was scrapped and stayed in Japan much like Godzilla tournament fighter for snes
