My own recipe that I concocted years ago and gave it the name of "Pork Chops Easy", simply because it is. This can be whipped up in only a few minutes, put in the oven with timer set and forgotten until your house starts to smell so good you can hardly wait to eat your meal.

I have been making this for years and even the kids in your family will love it. So fast and easy but so good. It is also a great recipe for company too, since it tastes like it took hours to prepare. Serve it with a sweet pea or a green bean side. Something green. (I cook with colors lol)
