This is what the box says remove & unfold all 11 liners. place the entire group on the litter tray. the bottom liner has no holes & is supplied, as a convence to transfer good litter after you have used the other 10 liners. well we used it wrong or i should say my daughter did. so its up for bidding., it say you wont have to scoop anymore. anyway i will need $3.00 for shipping and handling
