Now with your new cookbook, maybe you can make Santa some healthy cookies! : D

Or better yet... make-up your own healthy cookies from a basic cookie recipe like oatmeal cookies & just substitute the vegetable oil for either applesauce or shredded carrots (or even carrot baby food!) maybe add raisins & maybe even some cream cheese frosting for some healthy carrot cake cookies??? LOL:)

That is one of the easier tricks I forgot to tell ya about the cookbook... in recipes calling for pureed this or that... I sometimes just used jarred baby food & it was just as good WITHOUT all the fuss of cooking & pureeing!!!
And now there are even steamfresh veggies you can buy frozen & steam in your microwave... well, I do that sometimes & then I just use my hand blender to puree them! EASY PEASY!!!

Let me know how you like the cookbook?? Taking the shortcuts I mentioned above, you'll be able to try more of the recipes without too much fussing around in the kitch! :)
