Gaiam Yoga with Patricia Walden. 100 minutes running time. Good dvd I just have way too many yoga dvd's. No scratches on disc....very clean.

Hope you get it and lose the weight you want. I have lost 30 lbs so far using a combination of my MS yoga, chakra meditation, and on a good day tae bo/boxing. I mix it up so I don't get bored or frustrated. This yoga DVD is a good start especially if you don't have a lot of health problems like me. I have to watch that I don't get to hot...heat is a problem for people who have MS.
