It is 13 ins from bottom to the top measuring on the side down to bottom,17ins from side to side of bottom.Hope this helped..

Im not sure if it is vinyl or leather.sorry.I did look and did not see anything that said leather.

ok I had my husband look at it to,to see if I was missing something and he said he don't think it is leather all though it feels and looks like leather.i hope this helps..
