The listing, Striped fabric has ended.

This is a length of soil-release fabric in a maroon/beige/taupe stripe by Madison Avenue Designs. I bought it with the intent of making curtains, but........This has been stored in a cabinet in a smoke-free, but not pet-free home. If this bothers you, please don't bid. I know the shipping seems high, but you cant get this much fabric for the price. It is heavier than broadcloth, more like a lighter weight denim. There is at least three yards here. You won't be disappointed.

so, is this suitable for clothing or is it pretty thick?

It's pretty thick, I bought it for curtains, but it would be suitable for re-upholstering chair cushions, etc. Unless it was a skirt or jacket I don't know that I would make much in the way of clothing. It would be great for tote bags, etc.
