OK I spoke to my jeweler and it can be sized but it is not cheap... looked it up on the net and it says gold filled is valuable to scrap also but could not find any info thus call the jeweler lol hope that helps

Just an FYI since I have skinny fingers, lol. If it's gold filled, that means it's real through and through and can be sized by a jeweler. They usually don't charge that much if you have it made into a smaller size, probably they keep the piece, lol. If a ring is gold plated, metal covered with gold, it can't be sized. This is a gorgeous ring!!! Definitely watching and a jewelry shouldn't charge me a thing to make it a size 5 lol, if I win!
