Is it brand new? As in can it be gifted?

its not brand new but it was only played with a handful of times. There is a very small dent in the top where the lid sits but it was like that when we bought it (all of them were dented, this was the least dented). The blocks themselves are in great condition, I will see if I can upload a pic of the blocks.
