This is about 1" in diameter. I don't know if this is painted or enameled. This one has holes (if you were looking at a clock) at 10 & 2 , there are 2 holes on each side.

They are actually candle holder from the late 50, they are thanksgiving decor for the table! the two hole on each side is to place a stand threw to set up like a tee pee there were only about 25,000 set,s made! they are made of brass and painted with enamel over the paint! reason only 25,000 were made the plant burned down! your friend john!
