Dell Inspiron 1100 laptop. It works. Might need to reinstall windows. Has DVD and PCMCIA slot. No wireless but does have network card. I would estimate the shipping to be in the $15 to $20 range. Sorry, can't do free shipping but have fun bidding!

suggestion; I have an older dell and removed windows entirely, replacing it with a free operating system called Ubuntu. It is a smaller op sys so the older computers run so much better with it. Ubuntu can be optimized to run exactly like windows or osx. It sounds scary to move away from something you know how to use, but it really works just like windows. Also they have tonz of free tutorials and help guides to get you running.

Another reason that you can't do GIN yet is that you don't have enough seller feedback. I forget if it's 5 or 10 positive feedback as a seller needed for GIN option.

oh sorry. once you have set up an auction and you get a bid you cannot set GIN. but you can b4. if you do set up an auction with GIN you can remove GIN up until someone bids half of what you are asking for GIN. sorry if i confused you. not my intention. Yes it has a network card and it works. Connected the cable and did some updates. It may not need reloaded. It is just slow. I have read there are some of the Windows components that can be removed to speed things up. Will have to look and see what HD and memory is.

Charger yes. Windows disk no. No wireless (see original text).You can get the small USB wireless buttons fairly cheap at Staples.
