Then this fone will NOT work with T mobile . the T mobile network is a GSM network and require the use of a sim card . CDMA networks donot require a sim card if this phone doesnt have a sim slot its a CDMA fone and not compatible with T mobile network

oooook well it is unlocked I forgot to put it in the description but as I said the phone it's almost new it is rooted flashed with a jelly bean 4.2 ROM you can do whatever you want with it... I don't want it anymore because I got a Samsung Galaxy S3...

yes but there has been a problem that will make the shipping 3 weeks it's long but trust me why would I keep a phone that I don use anymore??? and I got a better phone so there's no reason for me to keep this phone...

one point you say it does not take a sim,(which ive had t-mobile for 8 years and all t-mobile phones that ive had all had a sim) then in another statement you claim its $20.00 to activate and $5.00 for the sim?? does it or doesnt it have a sim card? im sorry but i agree with buddmoore1 and all the rest sweetie! just take a pic and show the sim slot and prove us all wrong ;-) id also like the phone but not without proof. can u turn it on and take the picture that says t-mobile?

Sorry to tell you but post office delivers within 8 days...and thats even snail mail across the us, Not in 3 weeks... I smell scam all over this auction.. plus you have no real pics up, the 2nd pic is one that was off another site you can tell because when you take a pic there should be no outline around the pic.
