You state that bidders must have an approved address an be 18 or older. I am and have a approved address, my question is, how do you as a seller get proof of a buyers age unless the buyer tells you their age. I have a son that is 15 and has an account. He has lied about his age to win knives. So please, how can age be verified?

Good Question! I am not sure anymore how to but most times you can tell if a person is not 18 years or older from there actions! ( No affence to anyone or anyones children, I have some of my own)) To me this was the only problem that I have had on here in the past and I realy do not want to deal with none responsible children (do to past problems) it is also Listias Rules I can see why now and I inforce the issue.

As for listia aproved addresses must do that in your edit profile I belive is how you get to that part to verify you address listia will approve or disaprove this! This was stated up again and infored in my auction cause again I have had some problems in the past, and no one wants to do is send free shipping and have it retuned to the person again. For me if this happends even with verified addresses I only send 1 time if the winner still wants the Item they pay for the first and second time to deliver. If they do not pay for the first and second time to mail then I may keep the item and relist.

Please understand I do not want to be diffacult I am a pritty easy person to get along with but once faced with the same issues over and over again it is time for me to put a stop to it and come up with a salution as I would ask anyone with a problem to come up with a salution!

Your welcome the affense is normaly taken when people can not talk like an adult and ask a question nicly respecting one anouther. I agree it is a realy good idea!! I realy hate to do it but if it needs to happend, then I guess it must happend.
