It says "each ticket coupon can be redeemed for one free upper reserve ticket. Extra upper reserved tickets can be purchased for $11 each.
Additionally, each ticket coupon can be upgraded for specially priced outfield reserved seats for $15 each. Extra outfield reserved tickets can be purchased at $22 each."
It also suggests getting tickets ahead of time in case of a sell out. Hope that answers your question. :-)
