i dont know why, but i spend money on costumes for Halloween, then i don't end up wearing them lol. Sooo this has been opened and wore to try on, but thats it. It says XL, but it also says fits 140lbs-160lbs. Ya thats not and XL in my book. It was pretty tight on me.Anyway, comes with all the accessories, except the stethascope and pill bottle (my kids got a hold of them,now theyre broke) but i am enclosing a red garter with a shot glass on it that says "Time for your Shot." the belt is adjustable and removable.
