I tried using it a couple of times but I think my pressure outside was too high - the shampoo bag would blow up real big and make it difficult to keep the compartment shut. I needed an extra piece to make it fit in my shower or it might have worked there. I decided with my dogs, that it was just easier to do in the shower so didn't order more shampoo. Also, wanted more credits to get things for kids for Christmas. It might work better for you. You will need to order more shampoo as none comes with it. Included is: Spray gun, Universal Shower Adapter, 10' Hose, and water diverter.
