Do you mean the total waist is 16" ? That wouldn't make it a medium Jr.When I had an 18" waist I wore a size 3 petites. & I weighed 90 lbs. That was small. So a 16" is super small, like for a child ? or an anorexic. Or is 16" across laying flat ? Anyway it's really cute but if it's a 16" waist even my smallest fried couldn't wear it. thx

I do know a couple thin/petite ladies, lucky huh. I cant believe I fit into that skirt a year in half ago. wow. I think it was a size 3 I cut it off cuz it was scratchy.

You had to have measured it laying flat. Visually the measurements could not have been the actual circumference of the waist if the length is 12".
