The listing, Shipwrecked Coin has ended.

If it wasn't for the certificate, I wouldn't know anything about this coin. It's 1808, and lost in a shipwreck in January 1809. Recovered in 1985. Happy bidding and have a great day.

I'm trying to get a decent picture of it, so far it's not showing up right. I don't want to clean the coin because I really don't want to ruin the value. As far as the metal, the certificate doesn't say. It did NOT stick to a magnet, but that doesn't always mean it is gold or silver. I wish I could help you out more with that, but if I get a decent pic of the back today, I will absolutely post it.

This coin is with East India Company 1908 on one side and second side is with Urdu inscription. There is no value on this coin, other than CASH. And I don't think there is so much significance of this coin, compare to other East India coins. Well, best of luck
