These Boots are AMAZING!! The details & Fashion Forward styling really turns heads. Unique is an understatement!! You will not be bumping into anyone else soon, that has these same boots!! I, for one, have never seen Boots with Brooches before!!! They are NEW & are from Europe, the Size tag says 39, which I am not sure how that relates to American sizing but a size 7, perhaps?? The maker name is ELF UK TIUNE. They have both zipper & tie closures, are vinyl, not leather, & the heels are flat. Look very comfy!
