Description

The listing, 1758 COLONIAL AMERICA Kopeck COIN has ended.

Quality: High, very very detailed, some wear ..fairly raised features.

Size: About the size of a modern US Half Dollar and about 2 times as thick.

METAL: Copper

Front: Saint George slaying a Dragon. True story.
Back: date 17 (scroll) 58 ...this coin is dated 1757.. it is a known example.

In the 1700's and up to the mid 1800's Colonial Americans would be using these thick copper coins in their everyday lives, for trading goods and services.. American Coinage itself was just getting started after all we declared Independence in 1776. This coin is in very desirable condition, and I am using actual photos, fast shipping, and it will come in a Mylar case (shown). You will not be disappointed -these are really amazing coins. These are our nation's treasures!!!
