According to information I found online,
Jack Daniel's is a brand of sour mash Tennessee whiskey that is the highest selling American whiskey in the world. Produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee by the Jack Daniel Distillery, it is known for its square bottles and black label. The distillery has been owned by the Brown-Forman Corporation since 1956.

Size: 2 inches height by 3-1/4 inches width.

Type: The patch is on a white card and the back is very sticky! The material is definitely an embroidered patch.
Could be iron on, stick on, sew on;....or maybe all three!
(Sorry, I've just never seen a backing like this)
