the disc is sitting on a piece of white paper, and I clearly stated that is has damage.

he has a pic of the back side listed on here but there is a major glare fro m the camera light. but it does not appear to have much damage on it.

He states right in the listing that the damage is present. I don't think the disc is scratched as much as cracked in the center ring. If its readable it could be fixed easily with disc stomper labels. Your best bet would be to install this or a friends game straight to your hdd so this disc doesn't have to spin much.
