When a wealthy architect (Charles Farrell) loses his fortune during the depression, he goes from living in an apartment building penthouse to living in the basement, working as the maintenance man. i have played this movie and actually am playing it now as i write this, this movie does not have any sign of bad wear or tear it plays like new
