When I measured these laying flat, they were 14.34 inches across at the waist. Hope this helps. they are really, so I hope someone can wear them :)

I could not find a tilt size chart. From what I can find online, it's supposed to be 29.5 to 30. My non-scientific attempt at measuring with a tool-box tape measure got about 29.
