This is a handmade item by my disabled wife. All the material are new. She spends hours on these and we have a dozen or so we will be listing.

pardon me for asking a stupid question, but how do these work? do they have hold=es in the sides to hold the roll=s of paper or what? I am not sure...very curious, I think they are adorable

Not stupid at all.....there is a front ...which you see and a back ...you stack 3 rolls of TP in between the front and back. It's my fault for not posting better picks. I had a dear friend make one for me when I was single...she said I needed a womans touch in my bathroom...LOL....when my wife became disable she was looking for something to do...she made baby blankets for the hospital, doggy coats and now these...thanks for asking :)
