The listing, Cowgirl Hat Sterling Silver necklace has ended.

Necklace is new, never worn! I buy things & put them away & completely forget about them! Some call it hoarding..I call it therapy:)) The velvet hat that the necklace comes in is in good(not great condition) but its from being put away! Im not sure how long exacrly but imma say about 16".It has 5 rhinestones along the hat which are all still there as you can see from pic! Its a very pretty necklace, just not for me! HAPPY BIDDING:)

It's called "investing"......at least you are wise enought to roll over your assets...."hoarding" is when you keep it with the intention of never selling it because it pleases you to know you have it and even if someone wanted it, you would not give it, sell it or auction it away. :)
