First day release stamped and post marked $20 bill !!!! these new style bills were first released on oct. 20th 2003, but the new bill has a date of 2004 !!! if you are in to collecting paper money tis is a must !!! or any collection !!! remember this is a 20 dollar bill !!! bought this $20 dollar bill on the first day it was ever in circulation from the bank, took it to the post office added a stamp and had the postal worker stamp it proving that it was on the first day of it's ever being in circulation !!!!
