that'd be a good reason to start charging the buyers shipping hun. If you have a bank account I'd suggest creating a paypal account and charging shipping for items.

why do people complain bout things on here?
and when they get them-they do the same thing?

yes.only because im mailing thing out,and they r not even keeping the item.ive lost over $200 with this happening.so i only do local pic up.the only things that are shipping is what was already on for shipping.cause i cant change it in middle of auction.im so sorry,but all items are there,and in great condition.

I don't really complain, but I do comment on items that are fake when people are trying to claim they are authentic.
I haven't been thrilled with some things I received, but only really complained if it was completely unusable for me...which I don't think is unreasonable...if the listing says like new or gently used it should be just that and if it is scratched up, the listing should say it. That keeps everyone happy because bidders know what they are getting and on't be disappointed.
Until recently, I have really liked Listia. I have gotten some great deals and some things that were way better than I had anticipated. I have had several people try to scam me and some that just don't send or say they no longer have the item...one even left me 2 neutrals after telling me she no longer had the items...because I requested a refund of the credits.
I see it is everything else in the world...you get all types and you just have to take it all in stride. There are always going to be people trying to get away with something, but there are more who are genuinely honest people like you and I. :)
I hope you have more positive experiences here and enjoy it.
