Magnets are not reliable. I WILL NOT ACCEPT acid testing performed by anyone other than a reputable jeweler. Must be in writing and on letterhead.

Toni dang it I have told you several times that your health is more important than any jerkoff wanting to play childish games on here. It takes a certain amount of dedication to remain here. It is people like yourself and a few others that has kept me around this long. I was fed up weeks ago! May I offer a suggestion regarding your prescriptions? Contact the pharmaceutical company that makes the medication that you need and ask for a financial hardship form. That is what I did for my mother (her prescription was costing her over $300.00 a month and that was just for ONE Rx) So Johnson & Johnson sent me the form and all I had to do was take it to her Dr. to sign indicating that Yes this is the medication they choose to treat their patient with. Got the Drs signature, sent it back to J&J and she got an Rx card in the mail 5 days later. We thought it would just be a discount card, but evidently the pharmaceutical companies are ethically obligated to "pay it forward" when we went to pick up her Rx the next month the prescription was totally FREE!!!! Yes I said FREE. So of course I contacted ALL of the pharmaceutical companies that make her medications .... Now all of her prescriptions are FREE except for one and that one is relatively cheap. Just a suggestion gf I do not know if you are already aware of this option or not but it has certainly helped my family. It pains me greatly to see someone go without medication that is needed simply because they cannot afford it. I have been at the pharmacy waiting to pick up an Rx of mine and this little old lady comes into the pharmacy with a prescription to fill. It was a heart medication....she did not have the $$$ to cover the cost of the script so she asked the pharmacist if she could just get four pills for now. BROKE my heart!!!! I paid for prescription that day and told her the information I just told you. I sincerely hope that it helps.

your very welcome i can email you my entire list but of course many of the resources are for breast cancer, but i had a lot of resources for prescription help. there rules are a bit less for scripts, it just depends. Also I wanted to add something, when I first started here, i watched listened and I learned. Sure there were scammers but nothing like the trouble makers that are here now. I am not sure why they are here. yet there is nothing we can do. I have posted many suggestions, and with this day and age settings and programs can be created to allow people to bid or not bid. it should be our choice. i also would never dream of posting a link on another persons auction, watchers are great but the point is to bid. I think that is some of the reason bidding is down. many are running aroound watching but not bidding. respect on here is earned. I find some of the newer people really have an attitude. they are not verifying anything. i will not bid on anything from someone not verified i do not mind watching an auction but i am not going to watch it just to watch unless i am friendly with someone. that is just my opinion, you know i love you and i told you i cannot make your choice but i personally think you should take a week or two off just to reflect then start fresh. You know I say it how it is and pull no punches i love you and my prescription is rest take time for your self love you

I would love the list. Hubby is typing out all the manufacturers of my meds as I type this. I'm going to start calling. After my cardiologists visit today I might be forced to stop for awhile. I've gained tons of water weight. 12 lbs! !! They changed a med. Said to call if bp drops in the low 50s again and doesn't come up in a hour. Makes me very concerned. Love you

let me go through my resource list, the only bad thing is right now a lot of the groups who sponsor rx help are low on funds, but i have learned never hurts to call and ask. Not at all my father is an indipendant truck driver and makes very good money. It is the obligation of the pharmaceutical companies to make sure that all patients who would benefit from the medication to make "allowances" for those that are having trouble paying and keeping up on their medications.

At least that is the law as I know it in Indiana.I do not know if this is a federal law or if it is a state law, so I don't know about Texas. Just saying it wouldn't hurt to try.=)

I thought they went by your income. My husband makes over 6 figures. Between the reg bill, health insurance more than double, prescription copays more than tripled. We don't live frivolous, not even close. He doesn't have one penny left after paying bills along with medical. I take 21 maintenance meds. Yes 21 ! Nothing I can stop. It cost even with insurance $700 a month. I'm trying to find help with the cost so I can get into cardiac rehab.
Middle class is disappearing.

Toni, I cannot make the decision for you but in my opinion go to CR, Life would not be the same without you. This place will be around when your done. We are not making money here, just basically trading back and fourth. Your health and you being here is important to me. I am sure it is important to your family as well. As someone who has been through a traumatic life changing event, it makes me look at things differently I suppose. I say just take a few weeks to gather your self and go to CR or just maybe have two auctions at a time. Wow, you just made me cry. I am getting some help with my prescriptions. It's a company that doesn't go by your income. My insurance told me about them. Once that is set up and I get approval from the health insurance to have my tooth extracted in the hospital, then get bone put in etc. I will start cardiac rehab. When I went into congestive heart failure and pulmonary edema, with 3 hours of being unconscious. I understand how life changes. Something's just are not important anymore and others are more important. Love you always

There should be a setting we can block people with no feedback or if they just signed up, kind of like ebay, there is to much leeway for bad bidders and not enough help for great sellers. That is where it is wrong and not working. I know we have to protect good buyers who get burned but consideration should be given to feedback .You can read feedback and tell the type of seller they are. it is just my opinion

I will be here posting, I just need to get through the next month or so. We did not want A to take student loans so she comes first. She is taking three courses. So right now I really cannot continue to offer free shipping and truthfully some of the loss has been a huge hit. I know it is a chance we take but I cannot keep taking such a loss right now. Toni I hear you, I kind of have a pretty good idea who is making up names to bid in my auctions to annoy me. There should be a way to block them before they bid. It is very possible to do, they just do not do it. It is such a shame. I might not be posting after these auctions are done, I really do not know what to do. I love listing items, but I am so tired of feeling harassed. When people have kids and act like fools on line they are teaching their children a bad example. i think that is going on in my case. For anyone to email others about you is terrible. I still think someone is playing both sides and trying to upset you Toni and making things up then act like a friend just my opinion. I wish there was a way to block a person where they have no way to see auctions a email the bidders. It's pathetic they do that. You maybe right, someone is playing me. I do have proof of a jr person who emailed the winner of a auction 5 times. The young lady was so upset and confused. She ended up loving her ring as I knew she would.
Please don't leave, you and so many people who don't know me but say they have watched my auctions have really touched me. The comments everyone has made and are still making make this worth my time. You have tons of fans girlfriend and tons of us who love you. As people have been telling me that's what really matters. If it wasn't for Listia I would have never met you. Like I said before. Don't let ppl run you off. You have too many great items and too many fans to let someone run you off. Ppl like to knock other ppl that have good items. Fact of life ppl get jealous. If something happend with someone I am sure it was a mistake. That happens in life too. These are really pretty. I also sell my items that are real as real by the marks on the items and by the trust of the jeweler it was bought from and a little experience lol. I hope all the support makes you feel better.
