Description

The listing, Windows Recovery CD has ended.

Are you a person who gets into trouble alot with your Windows PC ?

Spend too much on consulting fees each month ???

Are you an elementary to intermidiate computer person who wants to bring their services to the next level ?????

The Windows Compatible Recovery CD is what you need then. Why ? Why not another sellers CD ?

Ok let's start. If you've ever used Windows you know problems can mount pretty quickly and become hurdles in no time. Slowing your computer down, keeping or constantly kicking you off the Internet, and worse of all the dreaded "I can't boot Windows" scenario. While these problems are cause by the fact Windows isn't that great a product to begin with, it's a fact most people will suffer with Windows just to have something everyone else does. (Sort of like iPhone users suffer with problems in Apple's iOS updates). That being said there is something you can do to revitalize your PC, to maintain Windows health & stability, and finally to guarantee your computer remains running the way it did when you originally purchased it. And it all starts with this CD.

This CD contains updated programs and utilities to:

* Test and Benchmark hardware, find if it's Windows or if your computer is really dying and on it's last leg. No use in trying to save the price of a new computer now if it means you'll being paying more in file recovery costs later.

* Deal with and remove embeded Viruses, Trojans, Malware, and nastiest of all Root-Kits.

* Repair and recover your file system and registry

* Recover files and data from damaged or corrupted hard disks

* Format corrupted or new disks from before Windows installation to ensure the process goes smoothly.

And more.

Shipping is free for anywhere in the United States. Please stop by, fan, and ask all the questions you like. I'll answer them as quickly as I can.

Ok I am unclear as to what you mean by restore. If you're talking about restoring an original Windows XP I think you would be far better off with the Company WinXP OEM cd. However, if you're talking about recovering specific files, then yes this will do the trick.

Thanks... you may want to try checking out auctions for Compaq OEM CDs. As long as the computer still has the official Windows license on it (normally people leave it on there because you can't transfer it to another PC anyhow) you can use the appropriate OEM CD (i.e. Compaq Windows XP pro) to install it. It's alot easier then a complete restore which isn't always successful and by comparison can take hours , sometimes a good portion of the day . I know I've restored complete servers from oblivion and it's taken like 8 hours. You're much better off with an OEM install if you can help it, and people sell the OEM cds (here and on eBay) like candy. :)

Depends on the laptop. Best bet thiugh is if it were a brand name PC such as Dell or Compaq then the bottom would have an OEM license with the type of Windows (e.g. Windows XP Home) an the license number. Get the particular OEM cds, for example Dell Windows XP Home ... then your set. If you have a no name computer (without a legal OEM license) though I am afraid you will have to get a new copy of Windows. Fortunately Windows XP goes for less now that it is older software.

I should mention if the laptop is from a major OEM with the license sticker then it is far cheaper. The OEM cds are available from multiple sources and the license on major OEM computers are bound to those computers (non-transferable and guaranteed).
