Brilliant uncirculated condition.

Comes with 2 uncirculated quarters, 1 Philadelphia and 1 Denver.
On back are also 2 uncirculated stamps, 1 10c and 1 3c.

10c Stamp - Issued October 6, 1975, this stamp is part of the Banking and Commerce Issue. Due to favorable laws, banking is one of Delaware's major industry.
3c Stamp - The 150th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution is honored on this stamp, issued September 17, 1937. Delaware led the original 13 colonies as the first state to ratify.

The panel these are in tell a brief history of Delaware. Also included is the original packaging and paperwork (minus the bill in my name) from the PCS (Postal Commemorative Society) claiming authenticity of the item.
