The listing, Mucsadine Seeds (Can be winter planted!) has ended.
Back upon request!
These seeds can be scarified or stratified (planted in the winter months for spring germination). These seeds will produce fruit in three years and are beautiful trees. These seeds are fresh from the muscadines and Scuppernogs that I picked yesterday.
Muscadines have loads antioxidants and more fiber than oats! I have also read that there may be cardiovascular benefits to eating muscadines.
The going cost for these (at my market) is $3.00-5.00 per lbs. If you are unfamiliar with this fruit, they are HUGE grape-like fruits. People choose to eat them in different ways, but if you win this auction, I will include the best (in my opinion) recipe that I made up and have never seen on the web.
