Did you try contacting them about the shipping cost they need to send you? I've had that happen before I just messaged them and let them know to contact me otherwise it would be re listed.
Do you accept Paypal as payment for shipping? Usually people list items free shipping to get more bidders and credits but I understand if you don't have the money to invest.
