This auction is for the recipe to a delicious sweet potato casserole (a real culinary delight made with orange in it) as if this delicious recipe was not enough I am including an awesome recipe for meatloaf in a blanket. This one is an old tried and true family recipe that has been around for generations. Use both recipes to make an incredible home made from scratch dinner.

My daughter is a culinary arts student and a head chef at a restaurant. She has used these two recipes of mine for one of her culinary assignments and her professor (an amazing chef) loved the meatloaf in a blanket recipe so much she now makes it as well. It really is a simple yet delicious meal.
