This BIG PENNY coin is the size of a half-dollar at least! These coins went out of circulation in 1967. This is the actual coin you will receive so please look closely and ask any questions before you bid!! U.S. Quarter only added for size comparison and not included in auction.

Slight mistake, this can't be the actual coin. According to your pictures, the obverse is a large 1965 British penny, the reverse is a small 1993 Canadian penny. Which is it?

Thanks - I have both a large and small penny up for auction. This one is the LARGE penny. I have the right photo now.

Thought so. I am bidding on the 1993 Canadian penny. They stopped making the large Canadian in 1920. Thank you for answering

I appreciate you continuing this conversation so folks will know what they are bidding on. I am not a coin collector, but Google says this coin was made until 1967. I have the BIG penny in my hand -- and it is LARGE and clearly dated 1965. I have taken (and added) two photos of the front and back next to an American quarter. You can clearly see just how large it is in comparison. What you see in these photos is what I have listed. Hopefully, coin collectors will be able to figure it out and bid if this is a coin they would like to own. Sorry again for the confusion. Hope the photos help.

You are exactly right about this BRITISH penny, but your heading says it is a CANADIAN penny. It is not. That is where the confusion is. Thanks.
