This steel ring is a size 8 1/2 for either a Man or Woman, even teens.

This ring has Puma Cats the sport logo for PUMA Shoes & Clothing all around ring.
As you can see in photos there are also some black bubbles? on ring. I'm not sure what that is supposed to be.
The inside on ring also has some black lines in it. I tried to photograph these things the best I could.

This ring has never been worn, so basically it's new but I have had it for about a year; stored in a box.

This ring spins or put another way the outside will turn around the inner side.
