This is a wonderful Antique book dated 1908 called 'The Circular Staircase' by Mary Roberts Rinehart - This was her first published book!

Published by Grossett and Dunlap New York with Illustrations by Lester Ralph. In excellent condition! There is a bit of writing in the first front page and a few little dot marks (see photo). Also writing on the title page (this writing on the title page is in pencil and could be erased but I have not touched it). As shown the cover picture has some wear and the cover also has a bit of fraying on the edges. Inside there is one page with a small corner missing. Pages feel pretty tight to the spine overall. For its age, in remarkable condition! No water damage!
