Yes they speak all English. It states on the back " Experience 4 Unique characters perspectives in a gripping story of Japanese Survival Horror. My husband played this and said it's about evil spirits, friendly spirits, Ghosts, and he said it is very eerie and it even scared him a few times. Your controller is used as a cell phone so the sound comes through your controller because its acting as a cell phone hence the term "Calling" !!! Visions appear unexpectedly, sounds are right with you its like watching a horror movie.
